What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Understanding what you can expect during your first appointment will help make the process easier - for both you and your pet.
STEP 1
Arrive at Our Office
Please come about 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. You may complete the New Patient Form online in advance to save some time.
STEP 2
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's history and discuss their medical issues with you. You will have time to ask any questions you may have, and the vet will address them.
STEP 3
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your pet has been examined, you'll be provided with a diagnosis and treatment options. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine which treatment path to take for your pet.

Hospital FAQs
Here are some frequently asked questions from our patients regarding appointment booking, office policies, and payment options.
-
What types of payment options are available?
When services are provided or upon discharge of your pet, payment is expected in full. Patients can pay via check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
-

We are proud to offer CareCredit and ScratchPay as financing options. These both offer an easy application process that will send you results in minutes.

Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
A good-faith estimate of service costs will be provided before your pet is treated. However, not all circumstances are predictable and unforeseen events may arise that impact your final bill.

Yes - please call ahead to schedule an appointment to confirm we have room in our schedule to see your pet.
If your pet requires emergency care during our regular business hours, please contact us immediately
